mini bar fee rude manager

i was frustrated by the unexpected mini bar fee of £112 , something they didn't mention upfront. the staff didn't explain their policies well and seemed to add charges without clear justification. the manager was also rude , and it, especially considering how expensive the hotel already was.

mixed experience, some issues encountered

the location is good and near the river.

Communication between staff was terrible. I had a catalogue of errors from start to finish. on trying to enter, i asked for help directing our car to the forecourt to unload luggage. i was taken back down into the public car park and shut out.

fantastic location swish decor friendly staff helpful concierge

this location is just fantastic and its decor is so swish. the room had aircon and a tv, both worked great. staff were awesome and super friendly. i loved that the concierge were so helpful.

i was a bit bummed that the gym had old machines that creak.

the spot is perfect for exploring. it is right on the banks of the river. the proximity to the uber boat is a great bonus. it is so easy to visit greenwich park.

the grand lobby has dining and beverage facilities. breakfast is really good and so professional. the breakfast staff are very attentive too. you'll love the breakfast here, i promise.
